Little Velvet Dress

Okay, I do love my little black dress. But right now I'm obsessing over my little velvet dress!
It's a very romantic/lacey slip that feels amazing. It can be layered with a bunch of fall accessories, but will also look super cute when summer roles around as a dinner night dress.

Embroidered Bicycles

And here we have another Zellya top!
I have been eyeing this baby up for a while now & I'm so happy now that I have it!

Wishing It Were NYC

Whenever I'm down this street, I picture myself along the streets of NYC about to walk up to my loft apartment in a beautiful kept place like this, all white walls, industrial hanging lightbulbs & a closet so full I don't even know what I have.
And instead, I'm walking up to my student living apartment with a coin washing machine that never actually gets my clothes fully clean in one go.
The struggle is real when you're in the early stages of a creative career.
But I'm still dreaming!

Autumn Fever

While writing this blog, I randomly thought I should name it "Autumn Blues" because I feel like Fall is coming to a close with all of the Holiday festivities going on. But who am I kidding, it has been BEAUTIFUL these past few days. I think we hit the prime time for Autumn weather. Therefore, changed it to "Autumn Fever" for a good reason!

On My Way To The Adult Life

1 hour until an interview. What do I wear?
Here I have an outfit dedicated to H&M - Well at least the skirt and turtleneck. The clutch can be found from Chapters and Shoes from Forever 21.

Apple Orchard

This week I was photographing a session in an apple orchard, and conveniently it was actually Saraya of Saraya Joy Photography. Enough being said, she shot a couple photos of me for Fresh Collidings!

Walking Through Ruins

Over the past couple of weeks the weather has been overly gloomy, meaning no time for some sweet golden hour shots. So on this day in particular, my one photographer Sean and I rushed from work to start shooting at Sunset. But by the time we got to this Ruins location, the sun was basically gone.
Those are the struggles of a photographer. But regardless we still got a few shots from the night!

Sips Of Coffee

This blog post is one of my favourites!
I am featuring four of my most loved things right now; My new Zellya crop top, two Jay Hylton enamel pins, Coucou Suzette banana enamel pin & the Ritual Café!
All taken by my new addition to my photographer team, Haley Mai Photography!
Literally this post features my whole life. Haley and I came across this café while we were

Pumpkin Hunting

October is probably my favourite month, for the obvious reasons; leaves, pumpkins, colours, apple cider, cozy sweaters, booties, etc. I could talk about it for hours.
Here I have a look dedicated to when I went pumpkin hunting with my younger siblings this past weekend. I was photographing family sessions in the morning, so I needed something practical (The Runners) yet sophisticated on top.

Balzacs' Coffee Stop

I have a girlfriend I met at work, and her and I are trying to travel more frequently together. Whether that means heading to a town 30 minutes away from us, or taking the plunge to a further destination, we've decided to start checking out Canada a little bit more lately.
So on our one excursion to Stratford, we stopped at Balzacs' which is a super cute coffee shop on the main strip. It really has an indie feel to it which we both really loved.

Lookbook // Last Summer Hurrah

As summer has come to an end, I am posting some of my latest outfits and then we can move into the beautiful season of Fall!
I can't wait to work on some more posts full of pumpkin spice and everything nice!

7 Years of Friendship

Just a heads up, we've got a sappy post on the rise here!
These girls have seen it all with me. From the start of my small business, to my blog, starting college,

Review // Coucou Suzette

I'm so excited to show off my new Coucou Suzette Enamel Pin!
I came across this cute little shop over on Etsy and fell in love with every single thing they had! Everything in shop is super unique and quirky. I literally want to fill up my entire jean jacket with these pins.

Lookbook // Fry Truck Stop

When out for ice cream with my siblings, you never know when you're going to come across colour french fry trucks!
Here I paired my comfiest shoes that I own (Converse from Journeys), with a modern professional look. Still keeping the blazer in it's classy form, adding a crop top with high waisted bohemian pants created a more modern and youthful vibe.
You can find this blazer & pant at Forever 21 and this crop top from Blue Notes.

Lookbook // Beach Date

My favourite part about outfit posts are finding locations. Like, can you guess where we are? We're outside of a Cat Hospital? It's so beautiful!
Anyways, on to the outfit: here we have a thrifted dress paired with beige suede open toe booties. I would wear this out to an early in the evening dinner date. Maybe an on-the-beach type of restaurant. This is easy to switch from casual to dressy. Just by switching the shoes makes a HUGE difference. But I opted for the more fancy side of things.

Lookbook // Cruise Dreams

If I were going on a cruise, this is what I would wear to board the ship. I feel super travel-y in this outfit which makes me want to go somewhere again! But where? Hmm? Maybe a cruise?
I'll sit on the idea for bit, as the current funds won't let me do it. But I can dream about it. That could never hurt.. can it?

My Beautiful Lunch Dates

Well everyone, here are my high school best friends (minus one). It's a rare occurrence that we are all free and able together any more as we're all living in different places and sometimes life just gets in the way.
We've been friends for the past 7 years, and these are the people who always make me feel grounded as a person, and encourage me to be myself. I can't believe that I am so blessed to have them in my life each and everyday.

DIY // Pineapple Cork Board

Little by little I'm trying to get my apartment to feel more like summer. Having this geometric pineapple cork board in my living room is really helping with this mission, and it's super easy to make!

Lookbook // Blue & White

After a spontaneous photo shoot with Shannon Cyr Photography, we decided to keep the night lively and look for ever colour wall we could. This surprisingly is some sort of health office. Who knew it could be so pretty? Plus, we really nailed the blue shoes to the blue wall! What are the odds?

Getting My Feet Wet In the Ocean

Good Morning!
Just wanted to share a couple shots that my lovely boyfriend took of me in the ocean.
Literally, Costa Rica is the most beautiful place I have ever been to. I can't believe the trips already over!
Stay tuned for a full itinerary of our trip soon!

Lookbook // Costa Rica Bikini

Well of course I did some shopping before I left on my trip! I picked up this beauty of a floaty from Urban Planet for $35 (which I spent almost my whole trip on in the pool) and snagged this bikini from H&M. I'm pretty sure the bottom and top were $6.99 each when I bought them, which I found a big steal! The bottoms are a little too cheeky for me, but I was in a different country, I had not a care in the world about anything! Plus, they kind of helped with the bad tan line situation.

Lookbook // Daisies and Sunnies

Photographer: Shannon Cyr Photography

This summer will be full of different OOTD's, ranging from day drinking patio excursions to dinner nights out. Today, I went with a very sunny and bright romper and wedges. I would wear this shopping downtown with my girls or to an early wine date with the boy friend.

DIY // Watermelon Summer Jewelry Dish

Yesterday I spent the day running through the dollar store trying to figure out what I could turn into a watermelon. Literally anything that's round has potential. But then I was thinking, 'what do I really need?' Well, my biggest pet peeve right now is how disorganized my room is, and need to figure out a system for my jewelry. And this is what my one girlfriend and I came up with!

Lookbook // Rain

Okay okay okay, I know I've been MIA for a while now. But I'm coming back to the blogging site!
I'm heading to Costa Rica tomorrow and have a ton of time to write blog posts and focus on myself for once.

Lookbook // Winter Has Come.. Finally!

Top: American Eagle / Jeans: H&M / Hat: Forever 21 / Boots: H&M / Liptstick: Kat Von Dee

Apartment Tour // Living Room

Here you have it! My little home! Well, at least just the living room. This post is just a little insider on how I decorate my interior of a little rented apartments. You can do a lot with a small space to make it look pleasing and larger then it actually is!
